Cancellation Policy
 

All cancellations must be made in writing to ahnahoke@gmail.com​.

All deposits paid are non-refundable. These amounts vary per trip, however a minimum security deposit of $250 can be expected for retreats.

 

Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund (minus the security deposit if applicable). All other cancellations will be considered a late cancellation and subject to additional fees. 

For cancellations made between 30-90 days prior to the event, refunds may be transferred to another retreat. This however, is dependent on your spot being filled from our waitlist. There is no guarantee that your spot will be able to be filled since, as time goes by, waitlist participants will oftentimes make other commitments. In the event that your space is filled, funds paid will be transferred to the next available retreat (minus the security deposit if applicable). 

No refunds or fund transfers will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete the course/retreat.
