200h Yoga Teacher Training

Share your love of yoga with confidence and authenticity. 

This 200-hour program will provide you with the fundamental knowledge and ability to teach a well-balanced and empowering class. It is designed for students and teachers of every level of experience. This teacher training meets and exceeds the requirements of Yoga Alliance. Graduates of the program will receive a certificate allowing you to register with YA at the 200 hour RYT level.

In this training you will:

  • Learn the techniques of what vinyasa yoga is. 

  • Gain an understanding of energetic alignment principles offering integration allowing for more strength, stability, balance, and freedom in the body. 

  • Explore how to incorporate structured energetic cues in a flowing vinyasa style class. 

  • Learn modifications and variations for poses in order to serve all levels of students and their unique needs.

  • When, how and why to use props. 

  • Learn basic Sanskrit names of poses. 

  • Exploration of Yoga history and philosophy, including Chakras.

  • Study Theory and practice of asana.

  • Study Theory and practice of meditation and pranayama

  • Gain an understanding of anatomy, including skeletal variations and how they influence a yogis experience of a pose. 

  • Skills for transformational teaching, including how to lead centering and Savasana. 

  • Learn how to structure and sequence a class in creative and powerful ways. 

  • Learn how to teach with meaningful themes that will inspire and empower your students. 

  • Discover your own unique voice and lead a class with confidence, clarity and authenticity


  • At least one year of regular practice or by teacher’s permission. 

  • Enthusiasm and a dedication to learn. 

  • Application must meet approval.
